What's covered
Body impressions deeper than 25 mm, sagging, and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Beds and sofas are covered on the frame for the period shown on their product page.
How to claim
Send your order number and a few photos on WhatsApp or by email. We'll inspect and repair or replace the product.
